A pipe repair bandage is a wrap-around repair system made from fibreglass and epoxy resin. It is applied directly to damaged pipes — sealing cracks, leaks, and abrasions by forming a strong, rigid shell around the repair area as it cures.
Flowland pipe repair bandages are available for pipe diameters ranging from 25 mm to 250 mm, covering a wide range of industrial, marine, and utility pipe sizes.
The bandage is wetted and then wrapped tightly around the damaged section of pipe. As it cures (typically within 5–30 minutes depending on conditions), it hardens into a rigid, pressure-resistant shell. No welding or cutting is required — making it ideal for emergency and maintenance repairs.
Pipe repair bandages can be used on steel, cast iron, copper, PVC, and other common pipe materials. They are suitable for water, oil, fuel, chemical, and air lines — making them versatile for industrial, marine, and infrastructure repair applications.
