Paint Equipment
FlowLand supplies paint and coating equipment for industrial, marine and construction work: airless paint machines, conventional, HVLP and airless spray guns, pressure paint tanks, and pneumatic air motors and mixers for preparing coatings.
Airless systems atomise paint at high pressure without compressed air, which suits large surfaces and thick coatings such as anti-corrosion and marine paints. Spray guns with pressure tanks give a finer finish for detailed work. We help you match machine, gun, nozzle size and hose to your coating.

What is the difference between airless and conventional spraying?
Airless spraying atomises paint by forcing it through a small nozzle at high pressure, giving high output and good film build with less overspray. Conventional and HVLP guns use compressed air and give a finer finish at lower output.
Which nozzle size do I need?
It depends on the coating viscosity and the spray width you need. Thin primers use small tips; thick epoxy or marine coatings need larger tips and a machine with enough pressure and flow.
Why use a pressure paint tank?
A pressure tank feeds paint to the spray gun at a steady pressure, so larger areas can be painted without refilling a gun cup and the finish stays even.
