The Model 2400 Pneumatic Grease Pump is a drum-type air-operated grease pump with a 70:1 pressure ratio. It easily mounts onto standard 185 kg grease drums using a drum lid. Ideal for long-distance, high-pressure lubrication. The piston diameter is Ø75 mm. The oil pressure plate and weight compress the grease inside the drum — facilitating consistent pump feeding with high-viscosity greases and in cold environments.
Operating pressure ranges from 6 to 8 bar. Use filtered and lubricated air to maximise performance and service life. Optional accessories further enhance functionality — accessories for this model are selected separately based on system requirements.
