The Model 2250 Pneumatic Grease Pump is an air-operated grease pump with a 70:1 pressure ratio and a large 50 kg grease capacity. It is ideal for long-distance, high-pressure lubrication in the most demanding industrial environments. Four swivel wheels allow easy positioning and mobility. The pump uses a steel wire-reinforced hydraulic hose with a piston diameter of Ø75 mm.
The oil pressure plate and spring compress the grease inside the reservoir — ensuring consistent pump feeding with high-viscosity greases and in cold environments. The Z-swivel joint at the grease gun inlet allows comfortable hose and gun handling. Operating pressure ranges from 6 to 8 bar. Use filtered and lubricated air to maximise performance and service life. Optional accessories available to enhance functionality.
