The Model 2150 Pneumatic Grease Pump is an air-operated grease pump with a 45:1 pressure ratio and a heavy-duty 50 kg grease capacity — the largest in the pneumatic grease pump range. Ideal for short-distance, high-pressure lubrication in demanding industrial environments. Four swivel wheels allow easy positioning. The pump uses a steel wire-reinforced hydraulic hose with a piston diameter of Ø62 mm.
The oil pressure plate and spring compress the grease inside the reservoir — ensuring consistent pump feeding with high-viscosity greases and in cold environments. The Z-swivel joint at the grease gun inlet allows comfortable hose and gun handling. Operating pressure ranges from 6 to 8 bar. Use filtered and lubricated air to maximise performance and service life.
