The Model 2230 Pneumatic Grease Pump is an air-operated grease pump with a 70:1 pressure ratio and a 30 kg grease capacity — designed for long-distance, high-pressure lubrication. Four swivel wheels allow easy positioning. The pump uses a steel wire-reinforced hydraulic hose with a piston diameter of Ø75 mm.
The oil pressure plate and spring compress the grease inside the reservoir — ensuring consistent feeding with high-viscosity greases and in cold environments. The Z-swivel joint at the grease gun inlet provides comfortable hose and gun handling. Operating pressure ranges from 6 to 8 bar. We strongly recommend using filtered and lubricated air to maximise performance and service life. Optional accessories enhance product functionality.
