The Model 9200 Pneumatic Parts Washing Machine is ideal for cleaning small engine components, vehicle parts, and machine tool parts that have been removed from vehicles and machinery. It features an 80-litre tank capacity and a 45-litre washing tray. Four wheels (2 fixed + 2 swivel) provide excellent mobility around the workshop.
The machine is very simple to use and requires water-based solvent. Tank draining is performed pneumatically, and a safety valve on the tank protects against excessive air pressure. It can also be used temporarily without a continuous air connection, using the immersion method. A cleaning brush and an air gun for quick drying are included. Fluid level is monitored via a tank scale, and a drain plug allows removal of solid waste from the tank.
