The Model 2300 Pneumatic Grease Pump is an air-operated grease pump with a 70:1 pressure ratio that easily mounts onto standard 16 kg grease tins and can be conveniently transported. It is ideal for long-distance, high-pressure lubrication and features a steel wire-reinforced hydraulic hose with a piston diameter of Ø75 mm.
The oil pressure plate and spring compress the grease inside the tin — ensuring consistent pump feeding with high-viscosity greases and in cold environments. The Z-swivel joint at the grease gun inlet allows comfortable hose and gun handling. Operating pressure ranges from 6 to 8 bar. Use filtered and lubricated air to maximise performance and service life.
