The Model 2116 Pneumatic Grease Pump is an air-operated grease pump with a 45:1 pressure ratio that easily mounts onto standard 16 kg grease tins and can be conveniently transported. It is ideal for short-distance, high-pressure lubrication tasks and uses a steel wire-reinforced hydraulic hose. The piston diameter is Ø62 mm.
The oil pressure plate and spring compress the grease inside the tin — facilitating pump feeding with high-viscosity greases and in cold environments. The Z-swivel joint at the grease gun inlet allows more comfortable handling of the hose and gun. Operating pressure ranges from a minimum of 6 bar to a maximum of 8 bar. Use filtered and lubricated air to maximise performance and service life.
