The Model 2120 Pneumatic Grease Pump is an air-operated grease pump with a 70:1 pressure ratio and a 20 kg grease capacity. It is ideal for short-distance, high-pressure lubrication tasks and features a steel wire-reinforced hydraulic hose. The piston diameter is Ø62 mm.
The oil pressure plate and spring compress the grease inside the reservoir — making feeding easier with high-viscosity greases and in cold environments. The L-swivel joint at the grease gun inlet allows more comfortable handling of the hose and gun. Operating pressure ranges from 6 to 8 bar. Use filtered and lubricated air to maximise performance and service life. Optional accessories further enhance functionality.
